Schools plan several trips for students during summer vacations. It includes expedition trips, educational trips, entertainment trips etc. Even students eagerly wait for these trips to enjoy with their friends and classmates. While some students like to spend their time enjoying with their friends and relatives others take it as an opportunity to help other people. Keeping this in mind many schools are conducting sr. high mission trips.

These trips are becoming immensely popular among high school boys and girls nowadays. By volunteering in these trips, you can help needy persons very easily. These trips can be seen as a type of expedition trips. But the basic difference between two trips is in the latter type you need to perform tasks such as trekking, rock climbing, mountaineering etc. In a mission trip you need to perform tasks such as construction of an orphanage or whitewashing a house, helps old people in old age homes and share happiness with them. Sr. high mission trips are all about helping persons who are in distress due to some unfortunate disaster or any other cause.

 These people do not have basic amenities such as clothing, housing, health facilities etc. These trips aim to help these types of persons. These trips are normally of short duration ranging 10-15 days. Schools have planned these types of trips in order to educate their students regarding importance of human life. Here you can make friendship with new people and see various problems faced by these people. It becomes very difficult to understand other people problems unless seen closely. 

The tasks performed by the volunteers enable them to learn the felling of responsibility. These trips are also very helpful in personality development of your students. After meeting these people, students start giving value to the life god have grant them. It certainly affects their attitude towards their parents and teachers.
