The organizers of these trips are responsible people who know the basics of organizing a trip. They collect funds for the accomplishment of these trips. They do advertisement on the internet, throw party, take help of media and many more ways to make people aware of these trips and to raise funds. The teen serve work campers residing in schools. They are divided into group of six people called as crews.
The trip consists of work camps projects like basic weather proofing, painting, construction, and wheelchair ramp and home repairing. All the crews travel to the destined house and help the needy family with their time, abilities and services. The construction skills are not required for the completion of the projects. The work is assigned according to the grades of their construction skills. They complete all the work for free of cost. The trip also consists of evangelism training, amusing games and contests in the trip. So join the trip and feel the joy of helping others.
